When we first started R&D testing with different blanks, Tim wanted to bring the action of a glass cranking rod (where the whole rod bows when fighting a fish) to a rod with enough back bone to be able to fish a TX rig on. In this way, Power Tackle definitely pioneered the parabolic bend multi-function blank.

We have used that 104 blank for almost every purpose and application, from TX rigs, to Carolina rig, Swimbaits, spinnerbaits even Flippin and weightless plastics.
